Daniel
General Manager
As General Manager of Swim Pro Service & Supply, Daniel Maxam leads with a strong foundation in pool construction, maintenance systems, and water plant development. With more than 16 years of project management experience, he is recognized for his integrity, leadership, and commitment to ensuring every job meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and customer care.
Daniel's passion for hard work began early, growing up in the motocross world where discipline and perseverance were essential. Outside of work, he enjoys riding dirt bikes, spending time at the beach, and playing golf when he's not focused on serving customers and helping his team succeed.
Kevin
Service Operations Manager
Kevin is a Certified Pool Operator with over eight years of experience specializing in commercial pool water chemistry, preventative maintenance, and operational efficiency. Prior to joining Swim Pro, he served as Aquatics Director at Eastern Kentucky University, where he oversaw daily aquatic facility operations, supervised staff, and ensured full compliance with health and safety regulations.
A former Division I competitive swimmer at the University of Kentucky and Western Kentucky University, Kevin has spent most of his life in and around the water. He brings that firsthand experience into his work, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of how aquatic facilities are used by athletes, students, and the general public.
In addition to his professional work, Kevin has coached competitive swimming for 18 years at both the youth and collegiate levels, with a focus on athlete development, safety, and performance.
At Swim Pro, Kevin is known for his attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality service for commercial facilities. He takes pride in helping clients maintain safe, clean, and well-balanced pools they can trust.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and unwinding on the golf course.
Wayne
Office Manager
Wayne Acton serves as Office Manager at Swim Pro Service & Supply and holds more than 10 professional certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and advanced credentials in leadership and business management. An award-winning advocate for continuous improvement, he plans to pursue an MBA to further expand his expertise.
Outside of work, Wayne enjoys riding motorcycles, playing guitar, and spending time at the range.
Amanda
Customer Support Specialist
Amanda brings four years of experience as an Assistant Aquatic Manager with Georgetown–Scott County Parks and Recreation. She is highly certified in aquatic safety and operations, holding current Lifeguard (LG), Lifeguard Instructor (LGI), Water Safety Instructor (WSI), and Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) certifications.
Outside of aquatics, Amanda is passionate about travel, track and field throwing events—including shot put, discus, and weight throw—and values spending quality time with her family.
Michaela
Sales Development Representative
Michaela brings years of customer service experience and a calm, easygoing approach to every interaction. Having worked in a variety of industries, she's learned how to adapt, connect with people, and create positive experiences wherever she goes. She is very excited to apply her love of connecting with people and her customer service expertise to Swim Pro. Michaela is CPR/AED and First Aid certified and values safety just as much as service.
When she's not at work, you'll likely find her near the water — the beach is her happy place; she loves sharks and fully embraces ocean energy. She also enjoys spending time with family, working with horses, and unwinding to Pink Floyd.
Jay
Lead Technician & Trainer
Jay is a nationally certified pool operator with 25 years of experience in the aquatics industry. He takes great pride in providing exceptional service and high-quality workmanship to every customer. Throughout his career, Jay has worked with several large universities, including the University of Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky University (EKU), ensuring their aquatics centers remain fully compliant with all regulations. He has extensive knowledge of UV systems and other advanced technologies used to maintain commercial pools at the highest standards.
In his free time, Jay enjoys traveling with his wife, exploring different beaches, and spending quality time with his family.
Chris
Chemical Delivery Specialist & Lead Technician
Chris has been a dedicated member of the Swim Pro team since April 2022. He takes great pride in his work and is strongly committed to customer satisfaction. Chris holds a Commercial Class B driver's license with a Hazmat endorsement, as well as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification. He performs multiple roles within the company, including bulk chemical delivery and pool service technician.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys playing Xbox, staying active outdoors, keeping up with wrestling, and—most importantly—spending quality time with his family.
Michael
Service Technician
Michael is an outstanding pool technician who has been with the company for two years. Prior to joining Swim Pro, he spent five years working as a plumber, and that strong plumbing background gives him a valuable edge in the pool service industry. Michael holds his Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification and is always seeking out new training opportunities to expand his service knowledge.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys hiking, playing the drums, watching movies, and painting. He also values spending quality time with his wife and family.
Isaiah
Service Technician
Isaiah has over two years of pool experience with Swim Pro. He holds a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification and is very knowledgeable with opening and closing residential and commercial pools. He continues to train on the newest technology in the pool industry to stay up to date with best practices.
In his off-time, Isaiah loves playing golf and spending quality time with his family and friends.
Tim
Service Technician
Timothy has over nine years of pool service experience working with both commercial and residential properties. He is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and spent much of his career in Florida, where pool care is truly a way of life. As a father of four, Timothy understands the importance of maintaining safe, clean water for families to enjoy.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and smoking meats on the grill.

Mascot
Chlorine Colt is the proud mascot of Swim Pro Service & Supply and a symbol of our commitment to championship-level pool care. His "Triple Crown" is earned through crystal-clear water, perfectly balanced chemistry, and dependable service. The wreath of roses he wears reflects excellence and pride in workmanship, while his trophies represent standards achieved, not shortcuts taken.
